2 large chicken breasts, cooked
2 chopped dill pickles
3 chopped hard boiled eggs
3 chopped green onions
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ cup pecan halves
Cut chicken into strips. Mix other ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss well to combine ingredients and serve chilled. I like the extra crunch the pecans give to this flavorful salad!

<img src=”http://jeanswomen.com/post/HYC30.jpg” align=”left” />Today Healthy You challenge check in for week 10, i didn’t start the challenge from week 1 but i did from week 5 and i am enjoying it , but today is a special day for me.. i am proud to say i did lost up to date 30lbs from my total weight.
next i did exercise and addict it and end enjoy it as big part of my day. as well as joining <a href=”http://www.sparkpeople.com/”>SparkPepole </a> play a part in this lose.
i do a lot of exercise everyday in GYM and at home , walking running that i will post about it in the few coming days. its time to do some workout now .
